Two individuals considered to be the alleged killers of two gendarme, including the sergeant Souzock Mvondo Larissa, were arrested.
The newspaper L'Essentiel du Cameroun which reports this information in its newsstand edition this Monday, February 5, 2018, without more details on the date of their arrest and the place, indicates however that these, after interrogation, would have passed to the complete confession , also announcing their procedure for eliminating gendarmes.
Thus, we learn, they would have used magic potions to weaken the military before their execution. These individuals were reportedly apprehended in possession of drugs and narcotics.
Last Thursday, 1 st February 2018, two members of our defense forces including the sergeant Souzock Mvondo Larissa were murdered in cold blood in the Northwest region, epicenter of the secessionist movement. This assassination has moved national and international opinion pushing for multiple questions on the end of the crisis that continues in the two English-speaking regions of Cameroon.
The two gendarmes were shot in a checkpoint in Bingo where they were working. These are the first soldiers killed in the Anglophone area since the extradition from Nigeria to Cameroon of 47 Ambazonian leaders.
