This organization of the Cameroonian diaspora claimed that the President of the Republic was seen in a very upscale clinic in the Swiss canton.
The President of the Republic, Paul Biya, returned to Yaounde Monday, February 5, 2018, from Mvomeka, his native village.
Indeed, the rumor of the death of the Head of State went around social networks last week. According to the newspaper L'Essentiel du Cameroun on newsstands on Monday, February 5, 2018, it has even been amplified abroad by the Collective of Democratic and Patriotic Organizations of Cameroonians in the Diaspora (Code).
According to this movement, which claimed to keep its information from well-informed sources, Paul Biya " left Yaoundé incognito with his wife for the Swiss canton where he has his habits. Only this time, no trace of his departure from Cameroon on the official website of the Presidency of the Republic. No communiqué from the director of the Civil Cabinet who follows him everywhere as his shadow .
The Code even adds that the presidential couple were " located in a very posh clinic in the Swiss canton. All the staff at this hospital are very closely monitored. The Swiss police keep all night and day outings and systematically check the identity of all visitors. The tension is very palpable around this clinic and the anxiety is read on the faces ".
In connection with this false death of Paul Biya, note The Essentials of Cameroon , the Code rejoiced besides indicating that " Paul Biya who believed himself immortal, all-powerful and invincible faces the end like all mortals to whom he has given the same death against which he is fighting right now . "
The return of Paul Biya to Yaounde is a new rout for this organization that has often disrupted the many visits of the President of the Republic in Switzerland and even the United States.
This movement, born in Brussels, Belgium, gives as its absolute priority the immediate departure of Biya by all possible means.
