Cameroon: 10 reasons why Paul Biya will released Maurice Kamto soon

In a recent publication, Mpodol President Jean Marc Ngoss said that the release of the leader of the MRC Maurice Kamto would only be a matter of time for ten (10) reasons.

Here are the reasons he has advanced:

1- He never called to attack the diplomatic missions of Cameroon, he has never made the apology of tribalism in the public square.

2- He can not be held responsible for statements or statements made by his close associates, activists or supporters.

3- His party has certainly held an undeclared march, but it is a mitigating circumstance that can happen in the exercise of the political activity if not, was it on the ground (during the verbal exchanges with the forces of the order) during these marches, was he stopped on the ground during the marches? No!

He was arrested 2 days later in a private home during a visit to Douala.

4- During the preliminary investigations, he condemned the acts of vandalism perpetrated in the West.

5- If he was angry at this regime to the point of legitimizing the policy of scorched earth, he would have resigned his wife from the government where she holds a rank of minister plenipotentiary.

6- In a public speech, he called on his supporters not to conduct unauthorized marches.

We have never seen a public statement where he explicitly asks his activists to challenge the authority of the state.

7- Because the law is based on the factual approach and not on quibbles or street speculation.

8- Because the government by dissociating itself from the minister Jean de Dieu Momo in his remarks about the Jews creates a jurisprudence which gives matter to the professor Maurice Kamto to dissociate itself also from the regrettable actions of some of its followers.

9- Because it can not be confronted with the activists having broken our embassies (something that we firmly condemn) this due to the fact that they can be extradited only after a judicial condemnation which would necessarily take account of their administrative statutes in these Western countries where the Cameroonian government has not seen fit to sue them until then.

10- Because in a video, his campaign manager had declared that they had a forced takeover plan of our embassies at a strategic meeting where they were 38 participants, 37 out of 38 participants had validated this plan except the 38em in the person of Professor Maurice Kamto moreover, screenshots circulating on the web, none clearly and directly implicated.

Roughly speaking, I can say that this arrest, followed by detention, which will be rather short, is rather the result of a mystical process called "boûnou yôussoufa" in the Qur'an (joseph ritual) which will make it still very popular, not necessarily for access the head of the state but to be known even of the dead.
