The President of the Cameroon Renaissance Movement (CRM) party of Professor Maurice Kamto was due to appear before the examining magistrate at the Military Court in Yaoundé today Thursday, February 21, 2019.
The Judge, however, decided to adjourn the trial to Tuesday, February 26, 2019.
Days ago the court charged the CRM leader and over one hundred of his party supporters for rebellion, insurrection, disturbance of public disorder among others.
Professor Maurice Kamto and about 130 party supporters have been behind bars for 24 days now.
It follows the nationwide peaceful protest against electoral hold up in Cameroon on January 26, 2019.
