Paul Biya: Questions about humanitarian aid granted to the head of state

In Cameroon, humanitarian aid to victims of fire, disasters, bad weather and others displaced by the Anglophone crisis or the war against Boko Haram, multiply.

This aid is systematically attributed to President Biya 86 years of which more than 36 in power. "The Head of State sent me to support the victims of the Congo market fire. He sent an envelope of 32 million FCFA for the 162 victims, "said Paul Atanga Nji the Minister of Territorial Administration (Minat) on Thursday in Douala, 4 days after the fire that devastated the market Congo, the one of the oldest in the economic metropolis.

A few months before, material was offered to the displaced people of the English-speaking crisis, always in the name of the Head of State. The generosity of President Biya has also been shown several times to the victims of Boko Haram's abuses.

Problem: Where does Biya take so much money to systematically help everyone? The Cameroonian president draws on the coffers of the state? Is it state aid that the authorities attribute to the President of the Republic in a country where the Head of State is the central figure around whom everything turns?

These questions that remain unanswered, Cameroonians ask themselves and would like to know more.
