Terminal Investment Limited (TIL) is the new container terminal operator of the Douala Port Authority. The announcement was made on Monday by the director general of this port authority.
This decision comes to end this feuilleton politico-judiciary which opposed the port authorities to the group Bolloré.
It must be remembered that according to Christian Penda Ekoka, it was enough to reopen the specifications of the concession to disqualify Bolloré.
