Cyrille Bolloré, whose father has special relations with President Biya, comes with two proposals in his briefcase. In his September letter, Cyrille Bolloré was already asking for the intervention of Paul Biya, accusing "certain Cameroonian authorities" of having disqualified him from his own succession to the concession, even though there was an agreement signed with the port for a 4-year extension of his contract. Meanwhile, the case is pending before the national and international courts. The appointment of TIL as a concessionary concessionaire had been announced by the CEO of the PAD, Cyrus Ngo'o, while the Douala-Bonanjo Administrative Court had just ordered the suspension of the designation process.
