Unlike the majority of Cameroonians (es) and a certain foreign opinion that bring the names "Sardinards" and "Tontinards" to simple ethnic or even tribal, I notice very clearly in view of the debate and the News that it This is not a question of true tribal impulses but of a real political concept that is misguided and misinterpreted.
If We push the reflection further, Cameroon would be a beneficiary of a political trend with two tendencies that would open the doors of the real political debate and no longer those ethnic impulses that bring us back to a withdrawal-identity that I call tribalism outdated.
Let me explain :
Based on the facts and nothing but the facts, it is clear that today Cameroonians on the political and social level are divided into two camps hence the names Sardinard and Tontinard.
But who is Tontinard and who is Sardinard?
We therefore see that in all of the Cameroonian ethnic groups, we find the Tontinards and Sardinards, which excludes de facto TRIBALISM.
Now let's go back to the political concept and try to reorient and redefine these concepts of SARDINARD and TONTINARD:
It appears very clearly that the Sardinards are those who fight for:
- The conservation of power,
- The continuity of the established order,
- The permanence the same relations of force,
- The maintenance of a single vision of the future of Cameroon!
While the Tontinards campaign for:
- A new dynamic that revives institutions,
- A new president,
- A new government elite who rewrites his national novel and updates its ambitions with its capabilities.
From this simplistic definition, we can open a real debate of ideas.
