National Dialogue: Ernest Obama supports the MRC

Ernest Obama believes that Maurice Kamto's party is already returning to the path of legality and legitimacy.

The director general of Vison 4 congratulated Maurice Kamto who is recognizing, according to him, "little by little" the victory of President Biya.

Indeed, Obama tried to analyze this morning on the set of the show "Tour d'Horizon" the position of the MRC in relation to the great national dialogue convened by the head of state.

In a note sent yesterday to the Prime Minister, the MRC under President Tirane Noah, said he will not take part in the major national dialogue without the prior release of imprisoned members including Maurice Kamto.

A real contradiction for Ernest Obama "When we are a political group that claims to have won an election, who went down the street through so-called white marches to regain its power, there is still some embarrassment to come and say that 'We want to take part in a dialogue that is organized by a government you do not know,' the journalist will wonder.

In his argument, the "dinosaur" explains that "you can not say that someone is illegitimate, he organizes his dialogue and you want to take part by putting conditions". "It's incredible," he says, before making fun of it: "The MRC licked its own vomit globally"

Ernest Obama is nevertheless happy for this "turnaround" which, according to him refers to a recognition " implicit "of the victory of President Paul Biya in the last presidential election.

"The presence of Ms. Noah in the prime minister shows that the MRC has finally recognized President Biya as president of the republic," he thinks

The former director of Ariane television argues that the MRC before demanding the release of its leader and his allies, must recognize once and for all the victory of President Paul Biya, because he is the only one who has the power to pardon a prisoner.
