Secessionists invite Paul Biya to negotiations in Switzerland

The English-speaking separatist leaders have just set up a unique platform for negotiations with the government of Yaoundé in Geneva, the Helvetic capital.

Meeting in Montreux (Switzerland) as part of a third meeting to harmonize efforts to end the armed conflict politically, the English-speaking secessionist leaders created a unique platform called the Ambazonia Coalition Team (ACT) and invited the government to join the negotiating table, when the latter is ready.

They also believe that the national dialogue being prepared is an exercise that concerns only the French-speaking part of Cameroon.

The secessionist leaders also said that the single platform would continue to consult and admit other separatist groups when needed and solicited.

It should be stressed that this initiative of negotiation with Switzerland secessionists benefits from the technical assistance of the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue.
